RIP Christopher Hitchens

Tidigt i morse fick jag veta att journalisten, författaren, tänkaren, religionskritikern Christopher Hitchens avlidit. Överraskningen blev inte stor — han hade ju länge varit sjuk. Men trots det, så är känslan av förlust påtaglig, trots att jag aldrig kände karln. Med Hitchens död har en osedvanligt vass penna lagts ned för alltid.

Som en ödmjuk hyllning av Hitch återger jag nedan fem goda citat av honom:
